How it will work
Governance starts at the hook layer — nothing to instrument, no pipeline to configure. Described in the future tense because the framework has not shipped yet.
Install in any project
One command will add governance hooks, the lens knowledge base, and institutional memory to your existing Claude Code or Cursor setup. It works inside the workflow you already have — there is no new tool to learn.
